Spare parts copied from the original

A cracked cover, a snapped bracket, or a worn part the manufacturer no longer makes? Send us the original, even if it is broken.

We measure it, draw a 3D model and print a copy.

What we print

Technical parts for companies and made-to-measure things for the home. We printed everything in these photos ourselves.

  • Prototypes

Check shape, fit and ergonomics before you pay for tooling or machining. A revised version is simply printed again.

  • Spare parts

A broken cover, flap, holder or wheel the manufacturer no longer supplies. We model it from your sample and print it in a suitable material.

  • Jigs and fixtures

Assembly templates, clamps, spacers and aids made for your line or workshop.

  • Small batches

Repeat runs of the same part with no tooling cost. We keep the print settings, so the next batch comes out the same.

  • 3D modelling

No model yet? We draw it from a drawing, measurements or a physical sample and prepare it for printing.

FAQ

What files do you need?

Ideally a 3D model in STEP, STL or 3MF. A drawing, a sketch with dimensions or a physical sample also works. We then create the model ourselves.

Do you print single pieces?

Yes. We print single pieces as well as repeat batches.

How large a part can you print?

Up to 250 × 210 × 220 mm in one piece. Larger parts can often be split and joined.

How much does printing cost?

The price depends mainly on material volume, print time and quantity. Send your files and the quote will state the exact price.

How accurate are the parts?

It depends on the shape, material and print orientation. For parts with clearances and fits we advise how to adjust dimensions, or print a test piece.

How do I get the part?

We ship the finished part to you. You can also pick it up in person at our workshop in Hrádek u Rokycan by arrangement.

Can you invoice a company?

Yes, every order comes with an invoice.
